Turkey Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders

10 slices turkey bacon

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Toothpicks (optional, for securing)

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and place a wire rack on top if available.

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper.

Wrap each chicken tender with a slice of turkey bacon, securing the end with a toothpick if needed.

Roll each bacon-wrapped chicken tender in the brown sugar mixture, coating evenly.

Place the coated tenders on the prepared baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the turkey bacon is crisp and caramelized. Turn once halfway through for even cooking.

Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve as an appetizer, snack, or main dish.
