Tiramisu Pudding Cups Recipe

Ingredients:

For the Cream:

• 3 large egg yolks

• 1/2 cup sugar

• 1 cup mascarpone cheese

• 1 cup heavy cream (cold)

For the Layers:

• 1 cup brewed coffee (cooled)

• 1/4 cup coffee liqueur (optional)

• 1 pack of ladyfinger biscuits

• Cocoa powder (for dusting)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Coffee Mixture:

• Mix the cooled coffee with the coffee liqueur (if using). Set aside.

2. Make the Cream:

• In a mixing bowl, whisk the egg yolks and sugar until pale and creamy.

• Add the mascarpone cheese and mix until smooth.

• In a separate bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.

• Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.

3. Assemble the Tiramisu:

• Dip each ladyfinger briefly into the coffee mixture. Be quick to prevent them from becoming soggy.

• Layer the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish.

• Spread a layer of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.

• Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of cream on top.

4. Chill:

• Cover the dish with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).

5. Serve:

• Dust the top with cocoa powder before serving.
