This is so tasty, I found it hard to believe it was just 3 ingredients

Here’s a super simple 3-ingredient potato gratin that’s incredibly tasty and easy to make!

3-Ingredient Potato Gratin

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs (900g) potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet)

• 2 cups (500ml) heavy cream

• 1 cup (100g) grated Gruyère or Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or oil.

2. Slice the potatoes thinly (about 1/8-inch thick). A mandoline works best for even slices.

3. Layer the dish: Arrange half of the potatoes in the baking dish, slightly overlapping. Pour half of the heavy cream over the top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cream, and cheese.

4. Bake: Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

5. Rest & Serve: Let it sit for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Optional Upgrades:

• Add salt & pepper for extra flavor.

• Sprinkle some garlic powder or nutmeg into the cream.

• Use cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss cheese for a different twist.
