Sugar—1 1/2 cups Flour—2 cups

Spreadable, unsalted butter at room temperature one cup, or two sticks

Unrefined cream cheese one 8-ounce container

Instructions:

Turn oven on high heat. Set oven temperature to 350°F, or 175°C. Coat two loaf pans measuring 9×5 inches with grease.

Recipe for cream: Combine the sugar, cream cheese, and butter in a big basin and beat until smooth. Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.

Whisk together the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon) in a separate basin.

Place batter on top of caramel: Fill up each loaf pan with ½ of the batter. Swirl ½ cup of caramel topping over the top. Pour in the rest of the batter.
