Sweet and Sour Chicken with Pineapple

• 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)

• 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)

• ½ cup water

• Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

• Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch, then dip them into the beaten eggs.

• Finally, coat the chicken in flour.

2. Fry the Chicken:
