Ingredients
β’ 1 (21 oz) can strawberry pie filling
β’ 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
β’ Β½ cup granulated sugar
β’ 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
β’ 1 (15.25 oz) box yellow or vanilla cake mix
β’ Β½ cup unsalted butter, melted
β’ Β½ cup milk
β’ Β½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread the Pie Filling: Evenly spread the strawberry pie filling in the bottom of the dish.
3. Make Cheesecake Layer:
β’ In a mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
β’ Drop spoonfuls of the mixture over the pie filling and gently swirl with a knife.
4. Add Cake Mix:
β’ Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the cheesecake layer.
β’ Drizzle melted butter and milk over the top (do not stir).
5. Bake: Place in the oven and bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.
