Strawberry Cheesecake Banana Pudding

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

For the Pudding Layer:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) vanilla instant pudding mix

For Assembly:

  • 2-3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package (11 oz) vanilla wafer cookies
  • Extra strawberries for garnish

Instructions

  1. Make the Cheesecake Layer:
  • In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
  • Gently fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until well blended.
  1. Prepare the Pudding:
  • In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened.
  1. Layer the Pudding:
  • In a 9×13 inch dish, start by placing a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.
  • Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
  • Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
  • Pour half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cheesecake layer.
  • Add another layer of vanilla wafers, bananas, and the remaining cheesecake mixture.
  • Finish with the last half of the vanilla pudding and smooth it out.
  1. Top with Strawberries:
  • Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer for garnish.
  1. Chill:
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
  1. Serve:
