Ingredients

- 2-3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberries, sliced
- 1 package (11 oz) vanilla wafer cookies
- Extra strawberries for garnish
Instructions
- Make the Cheesecake Layer:
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract; mix until combined.
- Gently fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip until well blended.
- Prepare the Pudding:
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk and vanilla pudding mix for about 2 minutes until thickened.
- Layer the Pudding:
- In a 9×13 inch dish, start by placing a layer of vanilla wafer cookies at the bottom.
- Add a layer of sliced bananas over the cookies.
- Spread half of the cheesecake mixture over the bananas.
- Pour half of the prepared vanilla pudding over the cheesecake layer.
- Add another layer of vanilla wafers, bananas, and the remaining cheesecake mixture.
- Finish with the last half of the vanilla pudding and smooth it out.
- Top with Strawberries:
- Arrange sliced strawberries on top of the pudding layer for garnish.
- Chill:
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve:
