Here’s an easy Slow Cooker Ravioli Lasagna recipe—perfect for a hassle-free meal!

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage

• 1 small onion, diced

• 2 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 (24 oz) jar marinara sauce

• 1 (14.5 oz) can diced tomatoes (optional, for extra sauce)

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• ½ tsp salt

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese or beef ravioli

• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 cup ricotta cheese (optional)

• 1 tbsp fresh basil or parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Brown the Meat: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef (or sausage) with the diced onion and garlic until browned. Drain any excess grease.

2. Mix the Sauce: Stir in the marinara sauce, diced tomatoes (if using), Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Let simmer for 2-3 minutes.

3. Assemble in the Slow Cooker:

• Spread a thin layer of the meat sauce at the bottom.

• Add a layer of frozen ravioli.

• Add some ricotta cheese (if using).

• Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
