Slow Cooker Cheddar  Cornwith Bacon 

Here’s an easy and creamy Slow Cooker Cheddar Corn with Bacon recipe—rich, cheesy, and packed with smoky bacon flavor!

Ingredients:

• 4 cups frozen or fresh corn (about 2 cans, drained)

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• ½ cup cream cheese, softened

• ½ cup heavy cream (or whole milk)

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ¼ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Bacon: Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble and set aside.

2. Assemble in Slow Cooker: Add corn, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, heavy cream, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the slow cooker. Stir to combine.

3. Cook: Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 1.5-2 hours, stirring occasionally.

4. Add Bacon: Stir in the crumbled bacon during the last 15 minutes of cooking.

5. Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and extra cheese if desired. Serve warm!
