Slow Cooker Banana Foster Pudding

Here’s a delicious Slow Cooker Bananas Foster Pudding recipe—a warm, rich dessert with caramelized bananas and a creamy texture.

Ingredients:

• 3 ripe bananas, sliced

• ½ cup brown sugar

• ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

• 1 tsp cinnamon

• ¼ cup dark rum (optional)

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk

• 1 cup whole milk

• 2 large eggs

• ½ cup granulated sugar

• ½ cup all-purpose flour

• ½ tsp salt

• 1 cup vanilla wafer crumbs (or crushed graham crackers)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the bananas:

• In a bowl, mix the sliced bananas, brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon, and rum (if using).

2. Layer in the slow cooker:

• Grease the slow cooker with butter or cooking spray.

• Spread half of the banana mixture on the bottom.

• Sprinkle half of the vanilla wafer crumbs over the bananas.

3. Make the custard:
