Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

• 2 tablespoons olive oil

• 3 garlic cloves, minced

• 1 teaspoon paprika

• 1 teaspoon dried thyme or rosemary

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

• 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for spice)

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Season the Chicken:

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme/rosemary.

2. Sear the Chicken:

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. Prepare the Sauce:

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Lower the heat and stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and chili flakes. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Combine:

Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and let it cook for an additional 5-7 minutes on low heat, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked through.

5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies for a complete meal.
