Pudim de Leite

Ingredients:

• 3 eggs

• 1 can (395g) of sweetened condensed milk

• 1 can of whole milk (use the same can from the condensed milk for measurement)

• 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional, for extra lightness)

• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

2. Blend the ingredients: In a blender, mix the eggs, condensed milk, whole milk, and lemon juice (if using) for about 3-5 minutes until smooth.

3. Prepare a water bath: Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish. Place this dish inside a larger baking pan filled with hot water (bain-marie method).

4. Bake: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until firm and slightly golden on top.

5. Cool and refrigerate: Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

6. Serve and enjoy! Slice and serve chilled.
