Ingredients:

• 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks (or canned, drained)

• 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-5 lemons)

• ½ cup honey or granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

• 4 cups cold water

• 1 cup ice cubes (plus more for serving)

• 1 cup pineapple juice (optional, for extra flavor)

• Lemon and pineapple slices, for garnish

• Fresh mint leaves, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

Step 1: Blend the Pineapple

In a blender, combine the pineapple chunks, lemon juice, and honey (or sugar). Blend until smooth.

Step 2: Strain (Optional)

For a smoother texture, strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to remove pulp.

Step 3: Mix with Water

In a large pitcher, combine the blended mixture with 4 cups of cold water and stir well. If using, add the pineapple juice for extra flavor.

Step 4: Chill & Serve
