Here’s a fun and easy Pepperoni Pizza Tacos recipe — a delicious mashup of tacos and pizza that’s perfect for quick dinners, parties, or kid-friendly meals!

Pepperoni Pizza Tacos

Ingredients:

  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (or marinara)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil or butter (for crisping)
  • Optional toppings: chopped olives, sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, red pepper flakes, fresh basil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C), or use a skillet if making on the stovetop.
  2. Assemble tacos:
    • Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on half of each tortilla.
    • Add mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices.
    • Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
    • Fold tortillas in half to form tacos.
  3. Crisp them up:
    • Oven method: Place on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil or melted butter, and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden and crisp.
    • Skillet method: Cook on medium heat in a skillet with a little oil, 2–3 minutes per side until crispy and melty.
  4. Serve warm, with extra pizza sauce for dipping if desired.
