PEPPERMINT CRISP TART

Absolutely! Peppermint Crisp Tart is a beloved South African no-bake dessert that’s rich, creamy, minty, and incredibly easy to make. Here’s the classic recipe:

Peppermint Crisp Tart

Ingredients:

• 1 package (200g) Tennis biscuits (or use coconut or graham crackers if unavailable)

• 1 can (397g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 cup (250ml) heavy cream (or whipping cream)

• 1 Peppermint Crisp chocolate bar (150g), crushed (or use mint chocolate if unavailable)

Optional: Reserve some chocolate for topping

Instructions:

1. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form.

2. In a separate bowl, mix the condensed milk with about 3/4 of the crushed Peppermint Crisp.

3. Fold the whipped cream gently into the condensed milk mixture until well combined.

4. In a square or rectangular dish, layer the Tennis biscuits to cover the base.

5. Spread half of the creamy mixture over the biscuit layer.

6. Add another layer of biscuits, then top with the remaining cream mixture.

7. Sprinkle the remaining crushed chocolate on top.

8. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to let it set.

Want a twist? You can turn it into individual mini desserts in glasses or even freeze it for a peppermint ice cream cake style. Let me know!
