Ingredients:

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter

• ½ cup unsalted butter, softened

• 2 cups powdered sugar

• 2 cups chocolate Rice Krispies cereal

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips

• 1 tablespoon coconut oil (or vegetable shortening)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Mixture:

• In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, softened butter, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until smooth.

• Fold in the chocolate Rice Krispies, gently stirring until evenly combined.

2. Shape the Balls:

• Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a small ball.

• Place the balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
