Not Yo’ Mama’s  Banana Pudding

Here’s the recipe for Not Yo’ Mama’s Banana Pudding by Paula Deen. This no-bake dessert is rich, creamy, and super easy to make.

Ingredients:

• 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

• 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened

• 1 (12-ounce) container frozen whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

• 2 cups milk

• 1 (5-ounce) box instant French vanilla pudding mix

• 1 (12-ounce) box vanilla wafers (like Nilla Wafers)

• 6 to 8 bananas, sliced

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.

2. Add the sweetened condensed milk and mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, combine milk and French vanilla pudding mix, whisking until thickened.

4. Add the pudding mixture to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.

5. Fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until fully combined.

6. In a 9×13-inch dish, layer vanilla wafers, sliced bananas, and pudding mixture, repeating the layers until all ingredients are used.

7. Finish with a final layer of pudding and a few wafers on top for decoration.

8. Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving (overnight is best).
