Ingredients:
For the Crust:
• 1 ½ cups (150g) graham cracker crumbs (or digestive biscuits, crushed)
• ¼ cup (50g) melted butter
• 2 tbsp sugar (optional)
For the Cheesecake Filling:
• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup (240ml) heavy whipping cream (cold)
• ½ cup (60g) powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, adds tanginess)
For the Topping:
• 1 can (21 oz or 600g) cherry pie filling
Instructions:
1️⃣ Make the Crust:
1. In a bowl, mix the crushed graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.
2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish.
