Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Ingredients:

• 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced

• 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• 1/4 cup mayonnaise

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp onion powder

• 1/2 tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• 1/2 tsp black pepper

• 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers (or similar buttery crackers)

• 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Add the shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheeses, and stir to combine.

3. Assemble the Casserole: Spread the chicken mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.

4. Make the Topping: In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the casserole.

5. Bake: Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.

6. Serve: Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheeses on top and let it melt before serving.
