Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta

Here’s a delicious Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta recipe that combines creamy Alfredo sauce, crispy bacon, seasoned ground beef, and cheesy goodness.

Ingredients:

For the Pasta:

• 12 oz (340g) pasta (penne, rotini, or fettuccine)

• 1 tbsp salt (for boiling water)

For the Beef Mixture:

• 1 lb (450g) ground beef

• 1 tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp onion powder

• ½ tsp smoked paprika

• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon (about 8 strips)

For the Alfredo Sauce:

• 2 tbsp butter

• 3 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 cup heavy cream

• 1 cup whole milk

• 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

• ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

• ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

For Topping:

• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

• ½ cup diced tomatoes (optional)

• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions

Instructions:

1. Cook the Pasta:

• Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

• Add pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Prepare the Bacon & Beef:

• In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and place on a paper towel. Once cool, crumble it.

• In the same skillet, add the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce.

• Cook until browned, then drain excess grease. Stir in crumbled bacon and set aside.

3. Make the Alfredo Sauce:

• In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

• Pour in heavy cream and milk, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 2 minutes.

• Gradually add shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.

• Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

4. Assemble the Pasta:

• Add the cooked pasta and beef-bacon mixture into the skillet with the Alfredo sauce. Stir well to coat everything evenly.

5. Final Touch & Serve:

• Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and cover the pan for a few minutes until the cheese melts.

• Garnish with diced tomatoes, parsley, or green onions.
