Banana Sweet (Fried Banana Fritters)

Ingredients

• 2 ripe bananas (mashed)

• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

• 2 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)

• 1/4 tsp salt

• 1/4 tsp baking powder (optional, for fluffiness)

• 1/4 tsp cardamom powder (or cinnamon for a twist)

• 2 tbsp milk or water (if needed)

• Oil for frying

Instructions

1. Prepare the batter – In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas. Add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and cardamom powder. Mix well. If the batter is too thick, add a little milk or water to adjust consistency.

2. Heat the oil – In a deep pan, heat oil on medium heat.

3. Fry the fritters – Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown, flipping occasionally for even cooking.

4. Drain excess oil – Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.

5. Serve – Enjoy warm, optionally with honey or powdered sugar on top.
