Instructions:
1. Prepare the Crust:

3. Bake the Cheesecake:
- Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled crust in the springform pan.
- Tap the pan gently on the counter to release any air bubbles.
- Place the pan on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until the edges are set, and the center is slightly jiggly but firm.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool in the oven with the door slightly open for 1 hour to prevent cracking.

- After the cheesecake has cooled, cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to set and firm up.
