Ingredients:

• 12 oz pasta (penne, rotini, or rigatoni)

• 2 tbsp butter

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

• 2 cups heavy cream (or half-and-half)

• 1 cup chicken broth

• 1 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese

• 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)

• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (optional for topping)

• 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat & Cook Pasta – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce – In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring well.

3. Add Cheese & Seasoning – Stir in Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the cheese is melted and the sauce thickens slightly.

4. Combine Everything – Add the shredded chicken and cooked pasta to the sauce. Stir until well coated.

5. Assemble the Bake – Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and panko breadcrumbs (if using).

6. Bake – Bake uncovered for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

7. Garnish & Serve – Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and serve warm!
