Ingredients
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1 cup mushrooms (button or cremini), sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
• 1 teaspoon soy sauce (optional, for extra flavor)
• ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)
• Salt and black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for freshness)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
1. Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
2. Slice the mushrooms.
2. Cook the Broccoli:
3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
4. Add the broccoli and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until it starts to soften but is still bright green. Remove from the pan and set aside.

8. Return the broccoli to the pan, add soy sauce (if using), red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Stir everything together.
9. Cook for another 2 minutes until everything is well coated and heated through.
10. Remove from heat and drizzle with lemon juice if desired.
