• 2 medium potatoes, diced into cubes

• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Potatoes:
• Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
• Add the diced potatoes, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
• Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
2. Sear the Steak Bites:
• In the same pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over high heat.
• Add the steak cubes, season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
• Sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
• Remove the steak from the pan and set aside.
3. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
• In the same pan, lower the heat and melt 2 tbsp butter.
• Add the minced garlic and soy sauce, stirring for 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Combine and Serve:
• Return the steak bites and potatoes to the pan, tossing everything in the garlic butter sauce.
• Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
