Fried  Bologna Sandwiches

Here’s a simple and delicious Fried Bologna Sandwich recipe—crispy, savory, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

• 2 slices of thick-cut bologna (or more as desired)

• 1 tsp butter or oil

• 2 slices of white bread (or your choice of bread)

• 1 slice American or cheddar cheese (optional)

• 1 tbsp mayonnaise (optional)

• 1 tsp mustard (optional)

• 2-3 pickle slices (optional)

Instructions:

1. Heat the Skillet: In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter or heat the oil.

2. Prepare the Bologna: Make 2-3 small cuts around the edges of the bologna slices (this prevents curling while frying).

3. Fry the Bologna: Place the bologna in the skillet and cook for about 2-3 minutes per side until crispy and browned.

4. Toast the Bread (Optional): In the same skillet, lightly toast the bread slices for extra flavor.

5. Assemble the Sandwich:

• Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one or both slices of bread.

• Add the fried bologna.

• Top with cheese, pickles, or any extras you like.
