Ingredients

• 3 large eggs, separated

• ½ cup cottage cheese (blended smooth)

• ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar

• 1 tablespoon cornstarch (for extra fluffiness)

• ½ teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon honey or sugar (optional, for slight sweetness)

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

• Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

• Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Egg Whites

• In a clean, dry bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.

3. Mix the Base

• In another bowl, blend the cottage cheese, egg yolks, cornstarch, salt, and honey/sugar until smooth.

4. Fold Together
