Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge

This colorful, creamy, and sweet fudge is super simple to make and perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

• 2 cups white chocolate chips

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

• 2 tbsp unsalted butter

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• 1 ½ cups fruity mini marshmallows (such as rainbow or fruit-flavored marshmallows)

• ¼ tsp salt

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Pan

Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously until smooth and melted.

Step 3: Add Flavor

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and salt.

Step 4: Fold in Marshmallows

Let the mixture cool slightly (about 1-2 minutes), then gently fold in the fruity mini marshmallows to prevent them from melting completely.

Step 5: Set the Fudge

Pour the mixture into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Step 6: Slice & Serve

Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut it into squares.
