Easy Fruity Marshmallow Fudge
This colorful, sweet, and creamy fudge is packed with fruity marshmallows and makes a perfect no-bake treat!
Ingredients:
• 2 cups white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate)
• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 tbsp unsalted butter
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 cups fruity mini marshmallows (like Fruity Pebbles or pastel mini marshmallows)
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Pan:
• Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
2. Melt the Chocolate:
• In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
• Microwave in 20-30 second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted.
• Stir in vanilla extract.
3. Mix in the Marshmallows:
• Let the mixture cool slightly (about 1-2 minutes) to prevent marshmallows from melting.
• Gently fold in the fruity marshmallows.
4. Set the Fudge:
• Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
• Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
5. Cut & Serve:
• Once set, lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares.
