Ingredients:

• 2 cups all-purpose flour

• 1 teaspoon salt

• 1 teaspoon sugar

• 1 teaspoon baking powder (or ½ tsp baking soda + ½ tsp vinegar)

• ¾ cup warm water

• 1 tablespoon olive oil or melted butter

Instructions:

1. Make the Dough:

• In a bowl, mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder.

• Slowly add warm water and olive oil, stirring until a soft dough forms.

• Knead for 5-7 minutes until smooth and elastic.

2. Rest the Dough:

• Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes. This helps the dough relax.
