Easy Cheesy  Sausage Biscuit Bites

Ingredients:

• 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)

• ½ lb (225g) breakfast sausage (pork or turkey)

• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

• 2 tbsp cream cheese (optional, for extra creaminess)

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp onion powder

• ¼ tsp black pepper

• 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat the Oven

• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

• Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the Sausage

• In a pan over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and fully cooked.

• Drain any excess grease.

• Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cream cheese (if using).

3. Prepare the Biscuit Dough

• Separate the biscuit dough and cut each biscuit into quarters.

• Flatten each quarter slightly with your fingers to form a small circle.

4. Assemble the Bites

• Place each biscuit piece in the mini muffin tin (or on a baking sheet).

• Add a spoonful of cooked sausage on top.

• Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over each.

5. Bake

• Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly.

6. Serve & Enjoy!

• Let them cool for a few minutes, then garnish with parsley if desired.

• Serve warm as a snack, appetizer, or breakfast treat!
