Ingredients:
• 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
• 1 can (400g) cream of chicken soup
• 1 cup milk
• 1 ½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
• 1 ½ cups corn (canned or frozen)
• 2 cups cooked pasta or diced potatoes
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• ½ teaspoon dried parsley (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven
• Set your oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Prepare the Mixture
• In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, milk, corn, pasta (or potatoes), cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Assemble the Casserole
• Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
4. Prepare the Topping
• In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs with melted butter.
• Spread evenly over the casserole.
5. Bake
• Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
6. Garnish & Serve
• Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve warm!
