Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls

Here’s a delicious Crab Rangoon Egg Rolls recipe—crispy, creamy, and packed with flavor!

Ingredients:

• 8 oz cream cheese, softened

• 1 cup imitation crab (or real crab), chopped

• 2 green onions, finely chopped

• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

• 1 tsp soy sauce

• ½ tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp onion powder

• 12 egg roll wrappers

• 1 egg (beaten, for sealing)

• Oil (for frying)

Instructions:

1. Make Filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder until well combined.

2. Assemble Egg Rolls: Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 2 tbsp of filling in the center. Fold in the sides, roll tightly, and seal the edges with beaten egg.

3. Fry: Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls in batches for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

4. Serve: Enjoy hot with sweet chili sauce or duck sauce!
