Instructions
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Stir until the crumbs are evenly coated.
Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to form a crust.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then allow the crust to cool completely.
Make the Cheesecake Layer:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
Make the Chocolate Pudding Layer:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the chocolate pudding mix and cold milk for 2-3 minutes, or until thickened.
Spread the pudding evenly over the cheesecake layer.
Add the Final Layer:
Spread the remaining whipped topping over the chocolate pudding layer, creating an even, fluffy layer.
Decorate:
Sprinkle red and green sprinkles over the top for a festive touch. Add crushed peppermint candies or mini chocolate chips, if desired.
Chill and Serve:
Cover the dessert with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Slice into squares and serve chilled.
