Chicken Meatballs with Creamy Ranch Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb ground chicken

1/4 cup breadcrumbs

1 egg

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup sour cream

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions: 

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the meatballs are golden and cooked through.

While the meatballs bake, mix ranch dressing and sour cream in a bowl to create the creamy ranch sauce.

Once the meatballs are done, drizzle with ranch sauce or serve on the side for dipping.

Garnish with extra parsley and serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes.
