This indulgent, cheesy, pull-apart bread is stuffed with all your favorite savory fillings—like a loaded pizza roll meets stuffed bread. Perfect for game day, parties, or just a comfort-food craving!
Ingredients:
• 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/2 cup pepperoni slices (or cooked crumbled sausage, bacon, or ham)
• 1/4 cup diced onions (optional)
• 1/4 cup diced green peppers (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1/4 cup parmesan cheese (for topping)
• 1/2 cup marinara or ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Roll out pizza dough into a large rectangle (about 12×15 inches).
3. Layer the fillings: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, onions, and peppers evenly over the dough.
4. Season it up: Sprinkle garlic powder and Italian seasoning over the top.
5. Roll it up: Start from one long side and tightly roll the dough into a log, like a jelly roll. Pinch the seam closed.
6. Transfer to baking sheet: Place the log seam-side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.
8. Cool for 5 minutes, then slice into thick pieces and serve with marinara or ranch dressing.

• Meat lovers: Add cooked bacon, crumbled sausage, or ham.
• Veggie lovers: Add mushrooms, olives, or spinach.
• Spicy kick: Add red pepper flakes or jalapeños.
