Ingredients:

• 1 lb frozen French fries (or homemade fries)

• 1 lb ribeye steak (or flank steak), thinly sliced

• 1 tbsp olive oil

• 1 small onion, thinly sliced

• 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced

• 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced

• 1 packet taco seasoning

• 1/4 cup water

• 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese (or queso)

• 1/2 cup shredded provolone or mozzarella cheese

• 1/4 cup sour cream

• 1/4 cup diced tomatoes

• 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

• 1 jalapeño, sliced (optional)

Instructions:

1. Bake the Fries – Cook the fries according to package instructions until golden and crispy.

2. Cook the Steak – Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned.
