- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional, for extra flavor)
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley or green onions (for garnish)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease or line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder.
3️⃣ Add Wet Ingredients
- In another bowl, whisk milk, egg, and melted butter.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
4️⃣ Fold in Cheese
- Gently fold in the shredded cheese and Parmesan (if using).
5️⃣ Bake
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
6️⃣ Cool & Serve
- Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
