Ingredients

For the crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ⅓ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

For the cheesecake filling:

  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour

For the apple topping:

  • 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced (Granny Smith or your favorite)
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

For the caramel sauce:

  • 1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until blended.
  • Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.

  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Mix in sour cream and flour until fully combined.
