Cabbage patties

Here’s a simple and delicious Cabbage Patties recipe:

Ingredients:

• 2 cups cabbage, finely shredded

• 1 small carrot, grated (optional)

• 1 small onion, finely chopped

• 2 eggs

• ½ cup breadcrumbs (or flour)

• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

• ½ tsp garlic powder (optional)

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp paprika

• Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Prepare the cabbage: Blanch the shredded cabbage in boiling water for 2–3 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess moisture.

2. Mix the ingredients: In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrot, onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, parsley, and spices. Mix well until a thick batter forms.

3. Form patties: Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into patties.

4. Cook: Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the patties for about 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.

5. Serve: Enjoy warm with sour cream, yogurt dip, or your favorite sauce!
