Ingredients:

For the Casserole:

• 1 can (8-count) refrigerated biscuits

• 1 lb breakfast sausage

• 1 bag (20 oz) frozen hashbrowns, thawed

• 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese

• 6 large eggs

• ½ cup milk

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

For the Gravy:

• ¼ cup all-purpose flour

• 2 cups milk

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the Biscuits

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and spread them evenly in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: Cook the Sausage

3. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausage until browned and fully cooked. Remove and drain excess grease, leaving about 1 tablespoon in the pan.

Step 3: Make the Gravy
