Banana Pudding

Here’s an easy and creamy Banana Pudding recipe that’s perfect for any occasion!

Ingredients:

• 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix

• 2 cups cold milk

• 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

• 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed

• 4-5 ripe bananas, sliced

• 1 box (11 oz) vanilla wafers

Instructions:

Step 1: Make the Pudding Mixture

1. In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 2 minutes to thicken.

2. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.

3. Gently fold in the whipped topping (Cool Whip) until smooth and creamy.

Step 2: Assemble the Banana Pudding

4. In a 9×13-inch dish or trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers, followed by banana slices, and then pudding mixture.

5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding on top.

Step 3: Chill & Serve

6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to let the flavors blend.

7. Before serving, top with extra vanilla wafers or banana slices for garnish.

Tips & Variations:

• Use banana pudding mix instead of vanilla for extra banana flavor.

• Substitute homemade whipped cream instead of Cool Whip for a richer taste.

• Crush some vanilla wafers on top for extra crunch before serving.
