Baked Pierogi Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
For the Casserole:
- 1 (16-ounce) package frozen potato and cheese pierogies (or your preferred flavor)
- 1 pound ground beef, ground pork, or sausage (optional, for a meaty version)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy cream or milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt

- 1 tablespoon fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

- In a large skillet, cook the ground meat over medium heat until browned. Remove and set aside.
