Baked Crab Legs in Butter Sauce Recipe

A rich, flavorful, and easy-to-make seafood dish!

Ingredients:

For the Crab Legs:

• 2 lbs (900g) king crab legs (or snow crab legs)

• 1 tbsp olive oil (optional, for extra flavor)

For the Butter Sauce:

• ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

• 4 cloves garlic, minced

• 1 tbsp lemon juice

• 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)

• ½ tsp paprika

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp salt (adjust to taste)

• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Line a baking sheet with foil for easy cleanup.

Step 2: Prepare the Crab Legs

1. If the crab legs are whole, use kitchen shears to cut them open for easier eating.

2. Place them on the baking sheet and lightly brush with olive oil (optional).

Step 3: Make the Butter Sauce

1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

2. Pour the butter sauce evenly over the crab legs.

Step 4: Bake the Crab Legs

1. Cover the tray with foil and bake for 15 minutes.

2. Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes for a slightly crispy top.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

1. Garnish with fresh parsley.

2. Serve with extra butter sauce and lemon wedges.
