Baked Cottage Cheese Eggs

Ingredients:
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup cottage cheese (full-fat or low-fat)
• 1/4 cup shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese (optional)
• 1/4 cup milk or heavy cream
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
• 1/2 tsp dried oregano or chives (optional)
• 1 tbsp butter (for greasing)
Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven
• Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Grease a small baking dish or ramekins with butter.
2. Mix the Ingredients
