Ingredients:

• 1 large head of cauliflower, cut into florets

• 3 tbsp olive oil

• ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko for extra crispiness)

• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional for extra flavor)

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1 tsp smoked paprika

• ½ tsp salt

• ½ tsp black pepper

• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

• 1 tbsp lemon juice (for a fresh finish)

Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven: Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Prepare Cauliflower: Wash, dry, and cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
