Here’s a Bacon-Wrapped Pork Loin recipe that’s juicy, flavorful, and perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients:
• 1 (2–3 lb) pork loin
• 10–12 slices of bacon
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard (optional)
• 1 tbsp brown sugar or honey (optional for a sweet glaze)
Instructions:
1. Preheat & Prepare
• Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
• Pat the pork loin dry with paper towels.
2. Season the Pork Loin
• Rub the pork loin with olive oil, then season with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
• If using, brush the pork loin with Dijon mustard for extra flavor.
3. Wrap with Bacon
• Lay the bacon slices slightly overlapping on a cutting board.
• Place the pork loin on top and carefully wrap the bacon around it.
• Tuck the ends under or secure with toothpicks.
4. Bake
• Place the bacon-wrapped pork loin seam-side down on a baking rack over a lined baking sheet (to allow air circulation).
• Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) in the thickest part.
5. Broil for Crispiness (Optional)
• Switch the oven to broil for 2–3 minutes to crisp up the bacon.
6. Rest & Serve
• Let the pork rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
• Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side of your choice.
