- 500g ground beef (or chicken)

- 1/2 cup water
- Salt & pepper to taste

- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- Pinch of salt
๐ Sauce Layer:
- 1 1/2 cups tomato sauce (or salsa for more Mexican flavor)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
๐ Layers:
- 8โ10 lasagna sheets (cooked) OR tortillas (for more taco vibe)
๐ถ๏ธ Extras:
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1 cup black beans (drained)
- 1/2 cup chopped bell peppers

- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella + cheddar mix)
- Fresh parsley or cilantro

1๏ธโฃ Prepare the Taco Filling:
- Heat oil in a pan, sautรฉ onions until soft.
- Add garlic, cook 30 sec.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Mix in taco seasoning, tomato paste, and water.
- Simmer 5โ7 minutes until thick.
- Stir in corn, beans, and peppers. Set aside.
2๏ธโฃ Prepare Cheese Mixture:
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, sour cream, egg, mozzarella, cheddar, and salt.
- Mix until creamy and smooth.
3๏ธโฃ Prepare Sauce:
- Combine tomato sauce with paprika, oregano, and chili flakes.
- Simmer 5 minutes for extra flavor.
4๏ธโฃ Assemble the Stack:
In a baking dish:
- Spread a thin layer of sauce
- Add lasagna sheets / tortillas
- Add taco meat layer
- Spread cheese mixture
- Repeat layers (2โ3 times)
๐ Finish with:
- Sauce on top
- Lots of shredded cheese ๐ง

- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC
- Bake for 30โ35 minutes until golden and bubbly ๐ฅ

- Let it rest 10 minutes before slicing (important!)
