Caramel Apple Fudge Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 packet apple cider drink mix (about 7–10 grams, dry mix only — like Alpine brand)
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • ⅓ cup caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling if you like)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare your pan:
Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper or foil, and lightly grease it.
  2. Melt chocolate and milk:
In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and fully melted.
  3. Add flavor:
Stir in the dry apple cider mix, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix until completely combined.
  4. Add caramel:
Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan. Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over it. Gently swirl with a knife.
Pour the rest of the fudge mixture on top and drizzle the remaining caramel. Swirl again if you want a marbled look.
  5. Chill:
Refrigerate for about 3–4 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Cut and serve:
Once firm, lift out of the pan and cut into small squares.

Tips:

  • You can sprinkle a little flaky sea salt on top for a sweet-salty twist.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
