Crispy Ritz Cracker Chicken

Ingredients:

• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

• 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 30–35 crackers), crushed

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• 1/2 tsp paprika

• Salt & pepper to taste

• 2 eggs, beaten

• 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Prep the coating:

In a bowl, combine crushed Ritz crackers, Parmesan (if using), garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

3. Dip the chicken:

Dip each chicken piece in the beaten eggs, then press into the cracker mixture to coat well on all sides.

4. Arrange in dish:
